At Compass Rose Counseling, we believe everyone can benefit from counseling services! Counseling is a place to manage and reduce mental health symptoms, find ways to resolve conflicts or other issues in your life, and a place to explore your inner world to support your growth as a human. If you are still unsure, you may find these screeners to be useful to get some feedback on your mental health symptoms:

If you are interested in working together, please contact us with:
Your first and last name (as it appears on your insurance card)
Your e-mail address (this is where consent forms will be sent)
How you heard about Compass Rose Counseling (Psychology Today, clinician referral, etc.)

Consider using this free Therapy Journal download to help you organize your thoughts before and reflect after each session.
For in-person sessions:
Arrive on time so that we may use the session time to its fullest
Consider bringing a comforting beverage or snack - we’ll be talking so you might get thirsty!
Bring fidget items if you need them or a notebook to write notes
Do not feel the need to knock. The door from the hall will lead you into the waiting room
For virtual sessions:
Have a strong and reliable internet connection
Be in a private space (no public places or rooms where others can clearly hear what you’re saying)
If in a car, you must be parked
Consider bringing a comforting beverage or snack
